To register for the team:
1. Print and fill out the Team Registration Form, Medical Release, and Code of Conduct.
2. Email durhamdolphins@gmail.com to notify us of your intent.
3. Bring forms and initial payments (USA Registration fee, DDST Registration fee, and first month’s payment) to the first practice your swimmers attend. NOTE: Because we start after the second week of the month, September's fee will only be $35 per child.
If this is the first time you are registering for a USA Swimming team, we will need a copy of each swimmer's birth certificate. It does not need to be notarized, a photocopy is fine. These can be brought on the first day of practice.
If you are transferring to DDST from another USA Swimming team, you will need to fill out the Transfer Form and turn it in to the me (Stephanie). The form must be signed by the financial officer of your previous team.
DDST operates from month to month, so new swimmers are welcome at any time- there is no "season commitment".
If the swimmer joins after the second week in a month, the fee will be half of the monthly fee.
